This year’s theme, Designing the Future, reflects the remarkable achievements of public health care systems in California over the past decade and the momentum to build upon these successes in the years ahead, with a focus on value-based care, population health, and addressing patients’ social needs.
The 2019 conference will include thoughtful perspectives from national health care experts on issues affecting providers that serve low-income populations, as well as other inspirational leaders, advocates, and social justice champions that remind us why the day-to-day work of public health care systems is leading to real change in patients’ lives and in the broader communities they serve.
We will also be celebrating SNI’s 20th Anniversary, reflecting on two decades of programming and activities that provided the groundwork for public health care systems’ clinical and delivery system transformation.
